For over 37 years at Archicom, we have been fulfilling people’s dreams of the perfect apartment. Our roots go back to a design studio in Wrocław, where from the beginning we held onto the idea of architecture for the people that coexists with nature in its location. We understand our role as urban planners, engineers and visionaries. We think broadly and take full responsibility for the creation of city spaces for future generations. In Wrocław, we have completed over 220 developments to date, including multi-stage residential estates such as Olimpia Port. We were also responsible for the renovation and conversion of Browary Wrocławskie. Since August 1st 2023, as a result of the transferral of Echo Investment’s residential operations to us, we became a nationwide developer with operations in Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Cracow. We create friendly and healthy places where you can live, rest and play. We see a city as a living canvas that should be moulded to the needs of contemporary people. Our goal remains unchanged – to provide people with apartments of a new standard and strive to be the developer of first choice.
